Making a Formal Complaint To make a formal complaint you should:
Post to: Programming, C31 Adelaide, Unit 2/49 Holland Street, Thebarton, S.A. 5031 or email us. The Programming Department will respond to all formal complaints in writing within 60 days. If you have not received a response within 60 days, or you are dissatisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA).
